Grilled Lamb Chops with Necterine Sauce

 This is a great sauce that cuts the musty taste of the lamb.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 large , Lamb Chops 1 Inch Thick
  • 3 medium , Nectarines Pitted and Sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Dry White Wine
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Rosemary Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Water
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Cornstarch

Instructions:
Combine nectarines and next 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boiling: reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Mix water and cornstarch; stir into nectarine mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Serve over grilled chops. CHOPS:Season the chops with salt and pepper and grill on high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side.
