There is a restaurant near me that serves this as an appetizer. It is so good. Most people have not had lamb ribs, only pork, or beef. Give these a shot, you won't be dissapointed. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pound(s) , Lamb Spare Ribs
- 1 can(s) , Pineapple Crushed
- 1/4 cup(s) , Vinegar
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Honey
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Ginger

| Instructions: |
Place spare ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan; bake in preheated 325'F. oven 1 1/2 hours.
Drain off drippings.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over lamb.
Bake 45 minutes, basing lamb with pineapple mixture frequently during baking period. |
