Pineapple Barbecued Lamb Spare Ribs

 There is a restaurant near me that serves this as an appetizer. It is so good. Most people have not had lamb ribs, only pork, or beef. Give these a shot, you won't be dissapointed.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 pound(s) , Lamb Spare Ribs
  • 1 can(s) , Pineapple Crushed
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Vinegar
  • 1 large , Garlic Clove Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Ginger

Instructions:
Place spare ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan; bake in preheated 325'F. oven 1 1/2 hours.
Drain off drippings.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over lamb.
Bake 45 minutes, basing lamb with pineapple mixture frequently during baking period.
