INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces , lasagna noodles
- 2 pound(s) , ground beef
- 1 medium , onion chopped
- 14 ounces , tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) , mushrooms
- 1 cup(s) , water
- 1 whole , garilc clove chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) , parsely flakes
- 1 teaspoon(s) , basil
- 2 teaspoon(s) , salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , pepper
- 2 cup(s) , cottage cheese
- 1 packet(s) , frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup(s) , salami diced
- 1 cup(s) , mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup(s) , parmesan cheese
- 1 large , egg

Cook lasagna noodles as directed, drain. Brown beef with onion in skillet. Add next 10 ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Combine cottage cheese, spinach, salami, egg, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. In 13 x 9 pan, alternate noodles, cheese mixture, meat mixture and mozzarella cheese, ending with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. |
