INGREDIENTS:
- 2 whole , Chickens Cut into Pieces
- 12 small , Onions Chopped
- 1/2 pound(s) , Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1 cup(s) , Chicken Stock
- 1 cup(s) , Dry Red Wine
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Flour
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter

| Instructions: |
Place onions in bottom of cooker, then add all other ingredients except flour and butter. Cook on low heat 8-10 hours or high heat 3-4 hours. To thicken sauce, remove 1/4 cup liquid from cooker. Melt butter in saucepan,
stir in flour and liquid. When blended, return to cooker. |
