Chorizo Rice And Egg Breakfast Burritos

 The Spiciness from the chorizo give this dish an excellent flavor. It is very quick abd easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) , Chorizo
  • 6 large , Eggs
  • 1 can(s) , Corn Drained
  • 12 large , Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup(s) , Rice Cooked
  • 12 tablespoon(s) , Salsa

Instructions:
Slice chorizo and cook in a skillet until brown, stirring frequently.
Add eggs, stirring constantly. Stir in canned corn (drained) and cooked rice.
Spoon onto flour tortillas and roll or fold to enclose the filling.
Serve with salsa.
