INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pound(s) , Lean Ground Beef
- 1 pieces , White onion
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 6 tablespoon(s) , Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Oregano
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Cayenne (careful)
- 24 ounces , Tomato Puree
- 3 cup(s) , Tomato sauce

Combine onion, garlic powder, and salt with meat and brown. Drain and rinse pot under hot water. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour. Add water as needed. Chili is best if it can sit for a day or two before serving. |
