Crock-pot Beef Stew
Submitted by: Jimmy
The longer and lower you cook this stew, the more the flavors come together and the better it tastes. I serve it with mashed potatoes and cornbread.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pound(s) , Beef Stew Meat 1 Inch Pieces
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 medium , Bay Leaf
  • 3 large , Potatoes Diced
  • 1 large , Celery Stalk Sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Beef Broth
  • 1 large , Garlic Clove
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Paprika
  • 2 large , Onions Chopped

Instructions:
Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt, pepper and pour over meat. Stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours. Stir stew thoroughly before serving
