INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 pound(s) , lean ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , salt
- 8 whole , fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , margarine or butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) , flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , curry powder
- 1/2 cup(s) , beef boullion
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , black pepper fresh ground

| Instructions: |
Mix the meat with salt and pepper; shape into a patty. Pan fry in a lightly greased skilled until cooked to your preference, about 4 minutes on each side (or broil if preferred); remove and keep warm.
Cook the mushrooms in butter for 2-3 minutes. Blend in the flour and curry powder; cook for another 3 minutes, stirring.
Add the beef bouillon and cook, stirring frequently, until smooth and thickened. Pour over the meat patty and eat at once. |
