Sweet and Spicy Beef

 This is a very quick and easy meal to make with a great sweet spicy sauce

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 large , Boneless Beef Chuck Top Blade Steaks 1 Inch Thick
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Chunky Salsa
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard

Instructions:
In small bowl, combine sauce ingredients; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce. Place beef steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 18 to 22 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning and brushing both sides with remaining sauce during last 5 minutes of grilling. Trim fat from steaks. Serve steaks with reserved sauce.
