INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 2 medium , Onions Thinly Sliced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 2 small , Beef Bouillon Cubes
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Water
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Bottled Sauce for Gravy
- 1 1/2 pound(s) , Lean Ground Beef
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Fresh Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

| Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onions until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in cornstarch, salt, bouillon, bottle sauce for gravy and 1 1/2 cups water and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until onions are tender. Keep warm.
In a medium bowl, with fork, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; shape into 6 oval patties. In baking dish, bake patties 15 minutes, turning once, bake 15 minutes more. Place patties in a casserole dish; pour sauce over patties. 6 servings. |
