INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet(s) , Ground Beef
- 1 large , Onion Chopped
- 1 can(s) , Tomatoes Diced 28 Ozs.
- 1 1/2 can(s) , Tomato Sauce
- 4 ounces , Green Chilies Chopped
- 1 packet(s) , Taco Seasoning
- 12 large , Flour Tortillas
- 1 3/4 pound(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded

| Instructions: |
Combine ground beef, and onion; brown lightly. Add tomatoes, sauce, green chili's, and taco seasoning. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of meat mixture in a 9x13 in baking dish. Cover with a layer of tortilla's. Top with another layer of meat, then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350° F. for 25 minutes. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. |
