INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Ground Beef
- 4 cup(s) , Tomato Juice
- 2 cup(s) , Celery Diced
- 2 cup(s) , Carrots Diced
- 1 can(s) , Diced Tomatoes
- 1 package , Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
- 5 tablespoon(s) , Granulated Beef Bouillon
- 2 stick(s) , Butter
- 1 cup(s) , Flour

Cook Beef in a skillet. Combine beef, juice, carrots, celery, tomatoes, vegetables onion and bouillon in a slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours. Melt Butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flourand cook until bubbly. Add mix to slow cooker and combine well. Cook 1 more hour on high until soup thickens |
