INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pound(s) , Beef Brisket
- 2 cup(s) , Apple Cider
- 1 medium , Head of Garlic Separated, Crushed and Peeled
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Whole Peppercorns
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Thyme
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Mustard Seed
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Ground Allspice
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Celery Seed
- 3 whole , Cloves
- 1 bottle(s) , Dark Beer
- 10 medium , Sourdough Sandwich Rolls Halved

Place all ingredients except beer, 1 1/2 cups of cider and rolls in a zip top bag and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Place brisket and marinade in a slow cooker, add beer and remaining cider. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours. serve on rolls with the sauce on top of the sliced brisket. |
