INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Ground Beef
- 1 small , Onion Chopped
- 1/2 small , Green Pepper Chopped
- 8 ounces , Frozen Sweet Corn
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Taco Seasoning
- 3/4 cup(s) , Water
- 8 ounces , Salsa
- 4 cup(s) , Corn Chips Crushed
- 2 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese

| Instructions: |
Brown ground beef and onion together. Add green pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add corn, taco mix, water and salsa. Spread half in a 11 x 7 pan. Top with half the chips and half the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Serve immediately. |
