INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pound(s) , Ground Beef
- 1/4 pound(s) , Chorizo Sauage Ground
- 3/4 cup(s) , Onion Diced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Green Peppers Chopped
- 4 ounces , Green Chilies
- 1 whole , Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Cumin Ground
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Breadcrumbs
- 2 large , Eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) , Ketchup
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Chipotle Puree
- 1 to taste , Salt
- 1 to taste , Pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) , Milk

| Instructions: |
Mix all ingredients together. Grease a baking dish. Form into a loaf. Spread on topping. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
Topping:
1/4 C. ketchup
2 T. chipotle puree
Mix together. |
