Corned Beef and Cabbage Casserole

 Corned beef, cabbage, penne pasta, swiss cheese and pasta baked in a casserole for less than 1 hour. Very good recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cup(s) , Cabbage Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Celery Sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Butter
  • 8 ounces , Penne Pasta Cooked and Drained
  • 1 can(s) , Corned Beef Crumbled
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Caraway Seeds
  • 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup(s) , Swiss Cheese Shredded

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute cabbage, celery and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake 45-50 minutes until heated. Yields 8 servings.
