INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , Butter Softened
- 2 medium , Jalapenos Seeded and Minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Lime Zest Grated
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Lime Juice
- 6 large , Ears of Corn
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

| Instructions: |
Combine first 4 ingredients. Shape into a 6 inch log. Wrap in wax paper and chill for 1 hour.
Rub corn with olive oil; sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°), turning often, 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Serve with flavored butter. |
