INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Carrots Trimmed and Peeled
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Honey
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Ground Ginger
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

| Instructions: |
Prepare a medium fire in the grill. Coat the carrots with oil and place crosswise on the cooking grid. Grill, turning occasionally, until nearly tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
In a small pan, heat the honey, lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepper until the honey just begins to melt. Near the end of the grilling time, brush the carrots with the glaze. Continue to grill, turning and brushing the carrots with the glaze, until golden brown and tender. |
