INGREDIENTS:
- 8 whole , lean pork chops
- 1/2 cup(s) , ketchup
- 1 teaspoon(s) , salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) , celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup(s) , distilled white vinegar
- 1 cup(s) , water
- 1 whole , bay leaf

| Instructions: |
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil and brown both sides of the pork chops.
3. In a bowl combine ketchup, salt, celery seed, nutmeg, vinegar, water, and bay leaf; Pour over chops.
4. Bake in oven for 90 minutes. Turn chops once during baking. |
