INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pound(s) , Large Shrimp Shelled and Deveined
- 1 large , Garlic Clove
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 cup(s) , Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup(s) , Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) , Lemon Juice
- 3 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Finely Chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Onion Finely Minced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

Place shrimp in a shallow dish. Mash garlic or put it through a press. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour over shrimp. Refrigerate covered, 2 to 3 hours. Place shrimp on skewers if they are small. Cook on gas grill about 3 to 4 minutes or until done throughout. Serve with cocktail picks. |
