INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pound(s) , Chicken Thigh Fillets
- 1 pound(s) , Plain Yogurt
- 1/3 cup(s) , White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Sweet Paprika
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Ground Coriander
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Ground Cumin
- 6 large , Garlic Cloves Crushed
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Ginger Grated
- 2 whole , Bay Leaves
- 3 medium , Green Peppers Cut in Small Squares

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces anp place in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except peppers. Mix well and refrigerate. Thread chicken, alternating with the peppers onto wooden skewers that have been soaked in water. Grill for 10 minutes |
