INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoon(s) , Jerk Rub
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 pound(s) , Shrimp Peeled and Deveined
- 8 medium , Lime Wedges
|
|
| Instructions: |
Combine the Jerk Rub, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar in a bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add shrimp and refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours. Take bamboo skewers, soak them in water at least 30 minutes.
Prepare a charcoal barbecue or preheated a grill. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and spoon the marinade over. Lightly oil the grill rack and grill the shrimp over hot coals, turning once, until the shrimp are pink outside and opaque through, 2 to 4 minutes total. Serve with lime wedges. 4 servings. |
