INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium , Grouper Fillets
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/4 cup(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup(s) , Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Dill Chopped
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

Combine the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and dill and whisk together. Pour mixture over fish fillets and let stand for 1 hour. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or grill over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
