Mustard Dill Grouper

 If you can't find grouper, any white fish will work. This is a simple and quick recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 medium , Grouper Fillets
  • 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Dill Chopped
  • 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Combine the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and dill and whisk together. Pour mixture over fish fillets and let stand for 1 hour. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or grill over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
