INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Minced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Ground Ginger
- 1/2 cup(s) , White Wine Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate Undiluted
- 4 medium , Chicken Breasts Skinless, Boneless
- 0 as needed , Non Stick Cooking SPray
- 4 large , Wheat Rolls Split
- 1 cup(s) , Fresh Spinach
- 8 slice(s) , Tomato

Combine first six ingredients in a large Ziploc plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals. Place chicken on rack and cook 8 minutes on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Serve on buns with spinach and tomato |
