Marinated Chicken Sandwiches

 This marinade is great for the chicken sandwiches. Topped with spinach and tomato

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 cup(s) , White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate Undiluted
  • 4 medium , Chicken Breasts Skinless, Boneless
  • 0 as needed , Non Stick Cooking SPray
  • 4 large , Wheat Rolls Split
  • 1 cup(s) , Fresh Spinach
  • 8 slice(s) , Tomato

Instructions:
Combine first six ingredients in a large Ziploc plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals. Place chicken on rack and cook 8 minutes on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Serve on buns with spinach and tomato
