INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Pork Tenderloin
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 to taste , Lemon Zest Grated
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Crushed
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

Trim excess fat from meat and discard. Score meat crosswise and place in shallow, nonreactive dish or resealable plastic bag. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard, oil, lemon juice and peel, garlic and seasonings. Pour over meat, turn to coat and refrigerate for several hours.
Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade. In a small saucepan, bring marinade to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes; keep warm. Preheat grill on medium Place meat on lightly oiled grill rack. Close lid and cook for about 20 minutes, turning once; brush occasionally with warm marinade. Remove meat from grill, cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. |
