Maple Lemon Pork Tenderloin
Submitted by: Jimmy
The contrast between the tangy lemon and the sweet maple syrup is a delicious way to enjoy this pork tenderloin

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
  • 1 to taste , Lemon Zest Grated
  • 1 large , Garlic Clove Crushed
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

Instructions:
Trim excess fat from meat and discard. Score meat crosswise and place in shallow, nonreactive dish or resealable plastic bag. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard, oil, lemon juice and peel, garlic and seasonings. Pour over meat, turn to coat and refrigerate for several hours.
Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade. In a small saucepan, bring marinade to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes; keep warm. Preheat grill on medium Place meat on lightly oiled grill rack. Close lid and cook for about 20 minutes, turning once; brush occasionally with warm marinade. Remove meat from grill, cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
