INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cup(s) , Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Shallots Chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Rosemary Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1 whole , Chicken
- 4 sprig(s) , Fresh Rosemary

| Instructions: |
Combine lemon juice, oil, shallots, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place chicken in a large food storage bag and pour in marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Soak rosemary sprigs in water for about 30 minutes.
Grill chicken approximately 30 to 35 minutes, brushing with reserved marinade 2 to 3 times. During the last 10 minutes, drop soaked rosemary sprigs on the fire for added flavor. |
