Lemon Pepper Lamb Steaks

 Tangy lemon pepper cuts the strong distinct lamb flavor for a delicious mellow dish. Serve with a Greek salad for a great combo.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 medium , Lamb Steaks 3/4 Inch
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Lemon Pepper

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except lamb in a small bowl. Brush mixture on steaks. Broil or grill lamb chops 4- to 6-inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Baste occasionally with sauce.
