INGREDIENTS:
- 8 medium , Lamb Loin Chops 1 Inch Thick
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 medium , Orange Peeled and Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Onion Chopped Fine
- 1/4 cup(s) , Green Chilies Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup(s) , Orange Marmalade
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Cilantro Chopped Fine
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Vinegar

| Instructions: |
For salsa, combine chopped orange, onion, chilies, cranberries, marmalade, cilantro and vinegar. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
Combine orange juice and Worcestershire. Brush lamb chops with orange juice mixture. Grill over moderate coals for 5 minutes. Turn and grill 4 to 6 minutes longer or to medium doneness. Serve chops with Cranberry-Orange Salsa. |
