Honey Grilled Pork Chops

 Dijon Mustard, honey and orange juice are just a few of the delicious flavors you will taste when eating these thick pork chops

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 large , Pork Chops 1 Inch Thick
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Dried Tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Cider Vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Powder

Instructions:
Preheat grill. Brush rack with vegetable oil. Trim excess fat from chops; score outer edge of meat at 1 inch intervals. Blend honey, mustard, orange juice, tarragon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in small bowl. Place chops on grill about 4 inches from heat. Brush with honey mixture. Grill for 8 minutes, brushing every 2 minutes with mixture. Turn chops over. Grill for 8 minutes longer or until cooked through, basting every 2 minutes.
