INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pound(s) , Pompano Fillets
- 4 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1/4 cup(s) , Orange Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Grapefruit Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 0 as needed , Fresh Parsley Chopped

Combine all ingredients except fish and parsley to make marinade; allow Pompano Fillets to marinate in sauce (30-60 minutes) in refrigerator. Remove fish from marinade and place on a lightly oiled barbecue grill and cook (10 minutes, per inch of thickness of fish), or until the flesh is opaque, brushing frequently with Spicy Citrus Sauce. Serve hot, right from the barbecue. |
