INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large , Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Ground Red Chilies
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Red Pepper
- 1 medium , Ancho Chilie Seeded and Finely Minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup(s) , Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup(s) , Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Cilantro Minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt

Cook onion, ground red chiles, red pepper and Ancho chile in oil, stirring frequently, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
