- 1 cup(s) , Apricot Preserves
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Red Pepper
- 3 pound(s) , London Broil
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
|
|
| Instructions: |
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a saucepan, combine the apricot preserves and round red pepper over low heat, stirring until the preserves are melted. Set aside 1/2 cup of this sauce mixture.
Season the meat with the salt and pepper, then grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness, brushing occasionally with the apricot sauce. Slice across the grain and serve topped with the reserved sauce. |
