INGREDIENTS:
- 1 jar(s) , Apple Curry Chutney
- 1/4 cup(s) , Apple Juice
- 2 large , Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Curry Powder
- 1 pound(s) , Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
- 9 ounces , Linguine Cooked Al Dente
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped

Combine chutney, apple juice, garlic and curry powder in food processor or blender; cover. Process until smooth. Reserve 1/3 cup. Grill chicken, brushing frequently with remaining chutney mixture, until chicken is no longer pink in center, about 15-20 minutes. Slice chicken; place on top of pasta. Spoon reserved chutney mixture over chicken; sprinkle with parsley. |
