Bok Choy Stir Fry

 Bok Choy is a very flavorful Asian green with a spicy flavor. This is a great vegetarian dish.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , Bok Choy Trimmed and Torn
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Peanut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Plum Sauce

Instructions:
Heat wok and add oil. add the bok choy and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add plum sauce and stir for a few seconds. Serve
