Flounder and Vegetable Stir Fry

 Quick, easy and healthy

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cup(s) , Flounder Fillets Cut into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 4 medium , Garlic CLoves Minced
  • 1/2 large , Red and Yellow Bell Peppers Julienned
  • 1 cup(s) , Chinese Green Peas
  • 1 cup(s) , Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Green Onions Sliced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Sesame Seeds Toasted
  • 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Place oil in skillet or wok and heat until very hot; add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds; add red and yellow pepper strips, pea pods and mushrooms. Stir-fry (1 minute), add 2 Tbsp. water, cover and cook (2 minutes), stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add Flounder pieces and green onions. Stir-fry (2-3 minutes), or until fish is opaque through; season to taste with salt and pepper; sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve on hot cooked rice.
