- 2 large , Boneless Chicken Breasts Cubed
- 3 medium , Stalks Lemon Grass Chopped
- 6 pieces , Dried Galangal
- 1 can(s) , Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Sugar
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Red Pepper Crushed
- 7 cup(s) , Water
