Egg Drop Soup 2

 This is a classic soup that is served at every Chinese restaurant I've ever been to.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cup(s) , Dashi Soup Stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Soy Sauce
  • 2 large , Eggs
  • 1/3 cup(s) , Snow Peas Boiled
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Onion Thinly Sliced

Instructions:
Put the soup stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Add onion slice in the pan and simmer for a few minutes on low heat. Add soy sauce and salt in the pan and bring to a boil. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour into the soup slowly so that the eggs will cooked thinly. Stop the heat and add boiled snow peas.
