Clam Soup

 This clam soup is called hanaguri-no-ushio-jiru in Japanese.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , Fresh Clams
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 3 cup(s) , Water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Sake
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Spinach Chopped

Instructions:
Soak clams in salted water. Wash the clams well. Put water and clams in a pan and heat until the clams open. Remove the clams and strain the soup. Put the soup in a pan and add sake and soy sauce. Add chopped spinach in the soup. Place some clams in a soup bowl and pour the hot soup over them.
