INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium , Alaskan Pollock Fillets
- 1 large , Lemon Cut into Wedges
- 1 large , Garlic CLove Minced
- 1/3 cup(s) , Green Onions Sliced Diagonally
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Dry White Wine
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Ginger Root Slivered
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Sesame Seeds Toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Cornstarch

Place Pollock Fillets in shallow, heat-proof dish; combine garlic, wine, soy sauce, oil, ginger root and corn starch; spoon over fish. Place steaming rack in large skillet or wok; add water to depth of 1" and bring to a boil. Top Pollock with green onions; place dish of Fillets on rack, cover skillet or wok and return water to boil. Steam Fillets (allowing about 10 minutes cooking time per inch of thickness, measured at its thickest part), or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with lemon wedges to the side. |
