Ginger Glazed Salmon
Submitted by: Jimmy
Salmon is very healthy. It is loaded with omega 3 fatty acids that fight cholesterol. The Asian ingredients really give it a nice flavorful glaze.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Brown Sugar Packed
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 4 medium , Salmon Fillets About 6 oz Each
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

Instructions:
Preheat broiler or grill.

In a small bowl, combine and mix the brown sugar, mustard and ginger; set aside. Lightly season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.

Place salmon on broiler rack, then brush top with the glaze. Cook 6-8 inches from broiler for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is lightly browned and opaque.

Serve with steamed rice and spring green salad.
