Salmon is very healthy. It is loaded with omega 3 fatty acids that fight cholesterol. The Asian ingredients really give it a nice flavorful glaze. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup(s) , Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Ginger Grated
- 4 medium , Salmon Fillets About 6 oz Each
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

| Instructions: |
Preheat broiler or grill.
In a small bowl, combine and mix the brown sugar, mustard and ginger; set aside. Lightly season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place salmon on broiler rack, then brush top with the glaze. Cook 6-8 inches from broiler for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is lightly browned and opaque.
Serve with steamed rice and spring green salad. |
