Chinese Bourbon Chicken

 This is a simple bourbon chicken recipe with Asian flavors that will tickle your taste buds.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pound(s) , Boneless Chicken Breasts Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Peanut Oil
  • 1 large , Garlic CLove Crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Ginger Minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Apple Juice
  • 1/3 cup(s) , Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Water
  • 1/3 cup(s) , Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Bourbon

Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
Remove Chicken.
Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved.
Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve over hot rice
