 This recipe is a great and flavorful addition to any family's repitoire. It's tangy sauce makes this steak fantastic. You can also chop up beef and make a sort of bistek stir-fry if you like. This recipe is very versatile, and its rich flavor will keep your friends asking 'whats in there?' Another great thing is that it's surprisingly simple and easy to clean up! (best Asian steak EVER!)

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 medium , Steaks
  • 1 large , White Oniion
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) , soy sauce
  • 1 to taste , Salt & Pepper
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , oil

Instructions:
*you can use anywhere from 2 to 4 steaks for this recipe!

Marinade steaks in lemon juice and soy sauce for about an hour in the fridge. About five minutes before the hour is up, slice the onion into rings about 1/2" thick.

In a medium sauce pan, heat the oil and cook the onion slices until clear. When the onions are clear, remove them from the pan and set on your serving platter. Without scraping the pan, seer your steak for about 15-20 minutes on medium-high heat(you can also throw the steaks on the grill!).

After the alotted time has passed, add the marinade and cook until thickened and reduced (about 10-15 minutes). Place steaks on your serving platter and serve w/ sauce over it--this will heat up your onions again! Squeeze a little lemon juice over the steak before serving if desired.

Best served w/ rice or baked potatoes(you can use the sauce as gravy!).
