Pineapple Upside Down Cake
This recipe is very good. I make this about three or four times per year. I gaurantee you will love this recipe. The cake gets its name from the way it is prepared, the pineapples are put in the bottom of the pan and a dough put on top and bakes, when it is done, it is turned out on the plate so what was the bottom of the pan is now the top of the cake.
